All subscriptions with Tripsy Premium are paid in advance. All payments handled by Apple, such as in-app purchases, can only be refunded by Apple and with Apple’s consent. Please contact Apple for help with refunds.
You are responsible for your own trips. Tripsy is not a travel agency, and we will not be liable for the places that the users go to. The purpose of our Service is uniquely to inspire our users to travel. Trip itineraries made available through the Service are solely recommendations, the user is the only responsible for going, or not, to the suggested places on the itineraries. The Service doesn’t offer any type of refund in case of user’s dissatisfaction regarding the trip itineraries.
Information related to prices and addresses of attractions, restaurants, etc. provided on the trip itineraries is subjected to change, since it is the entire responsibility of them.
Tripsy relies on third-party services to give users information about their flight and send them notifications about changes. Tripsy doesn’t offer any type of refund in case of user missing a flight, delaying it or anything related. Tripsy doesn't offer users a way to buy tickets or additionals to the flight, it will only inform about updates on the information related to the flight that are provided.
This Agreement does not transfer from Tripsy to you any Tripsy or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Tripsy. All trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our app or Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Tripsy or Tripsy licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our app or Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of our app and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Tripsy or third-party trademarks.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the app or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the app. When we do we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the app after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the app or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the app and its Services.
